Returns & Exchanges:

At Ekamph, we believes in mindful and responsible production. Every piece is thoughtfully ordered and created to minimise dead stock and reduce environmental waste. Therefore, returns are supported when a product arrives with a manufacturing defect. 
To help us review and resolve any manufacturing defect smoothly, we kindly request you to share a clear and continuous unpacking video. The video should ideally show the sealed package, shipping label, the unpacking process, and the defect noticed in the product. This helps our team verify the issue quickly and assist you with the return process. 
For a return or exchange request, please email us at ekamph5@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may also request images or additional videos of the product to verify and process your request.

Conditions:
1. For a size exchange in case of wrong size delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing ekamph5@gmail.com
2. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. If a different size is delivered by mistake, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
3. Product packaging, labels, and tags must not be removed, damaged, or tampered with.
4. The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
5. Returns for manufacturing defects require a complete unpacking video.
6. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than a verified manufacturing defect.
7. Exchanges will be processed only after the product has been received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection.
8. The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
9. The product must be dispatched within 48 hours after the return or exchange request has been approved.
10. Any product that does not meet the above conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.
