Ekamph is currently shipping to all serviceable areas in India.
At Ekamph, we do understand the importance of receiving your purchased products in the best condition, and on time. We continuously strive hard to make sure the product reaches you at the earliest possible time.

Shipping Time: All products are shipped out between 1-5 working days.
Shipping charges: Shipping across India is absolutely FREE!!!
If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order.

Returns & Exchanges:
Each Ekamph piece is made only when you order it — so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind. We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we'll make it right — email us at ekamph5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. Once approved, exchanges are processed after the item reaches our warehouse in unused condition with tags intact.

Cancellations:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatching, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
The order should be cancelled within 24 hours of the order placed.
Ekamph reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
